The Kansas City Chiefs superstar tight end went FULL BEAST MODE last week against the Eagles, spiking the football and throwing in a groin gesture that had fans howling — and the NFL fuming. Now, the league has slapped him with a $14,491 fine, and Kelce is not taking it quietly.

“$14K for that? Really? Where’s the sportsmanship?” Kelce fumed in the locker room after news of the fine broke. “I was hyped. I scored a huge touchdown and celebrated with my guys. The fans loved it. This is football — we’re supposed to have fun out there!”
Fans immediately rushed to Kelce’s defense on social media, with some calling the NFL’s punishment a “fun police moment” and others joking that they’d start a GoFundMe to pay the fine for him.
The NFL, of course, has been cracking down on “excessive celebrations” all season — but critics say this is going too far. “If this is the standard, every touchdown is going to look like a funeral,” one fan tweeted.
Kelce himself hinted he won’t be changing his style anytime soon. “I’ll pay the fine,” he said with a grin. “But I can’t promise I won’t do it again.”
So the question remains: is the NFL keeping the game classy — or just killing the vibe? Either way, Travis Kelce just made it clear that no fine is going to stop him from being… well, Travis Kelce.
