Using the Manticore with the M15 coil, Sander Visser found this beautiful gold ring, dating from the early 1800’s while detecting a few weeks ago in Netherlands.

The ring is 23 carat gold and weighs 3.5 grams.

These happen to be the same details as a gold ducat from the same time period so this ring may well have been made by a goldsmith from a gold ducat!
