During an early morning response to a house fire in Santa Rosa de Temuco, Chile, firefighters witnessed the incredible. A mother dog risked her life to save her puppies from the fire surrounding the burning house, which was started by a car bomb.
Mother dog Amanda ran around the house, placing her 10-day-old puppies in the safest place she could find: a fire truck!
She didn’t stop running towards the fire until all of her puppies were safe. Firefighters on the scene couldn’t believe their eyes. Most people have never seen a dog so smart or so brave!
Apart from one puppy who is being treated for severe burns, the entire family is alive and well, thanks to Amanda’s bravery. What a heroic mother!
