Unbelievable Incident: US Warship Chased by Car-Sized ‘Balls of Light’ UFOs, Mysteriously Evading Advanced Anti-Drone Defenses

The Navy USS Kearsarge was chased by ‘two car-sized balls of light’ during an unexplained encounter last year, according to a UFO researcher and consultant.

The warship was reportedly followed by the UFOs while it was on a training exercise off the East Coast in October, filmmaker Dave Beaty told The Sun.

According to Beaty’s research, two objects were seen near the ship for several nights, with Marines onboard becoming shocked when the Navy’s anti-drone ‘ghostbusters’ did not deter the balls of light.

The recent encounters, which Beaty said he only has compiled preliminary information on, will likely spark new interest in unexplained encounters by the US Navy.

Last summer, a milestone report by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence confirmed dozens of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAPs), following recognitions by state officials that have helped destigmatize conversation around the phenomena.

US Marines had new 'Ghostbusters' style drone busting weapons on the ship

‘Anything that would expose a military weakness or military capability of course is sensitive, but if these objects turn out to be not man-made and not foreign state actors, we need to be open and address these with academic study, empirical methods, and grant funding to conduct research at the university level,’ Beaty told The Sun.

When they saw the ‘two car-sized balls of light,’ they initially thought it was a training exercise, but quickly realized that the anti-drone weapons did not work on the objects.

UFO researcher and consultant said a retired Marine official told him the ship was followed for half a mile and 200ft above the ocean for several nights in October 2021

‘So what once were UAP sightings that were ignored or never logged, today more service members are reporting them, this leads to the indications that more are being observed,’ Beaty told The Sun.

‘In the past, it was much worse. Officers would actively avoid reporting or speaking about cases of UAP, as the fear of career suicide was very real.’

‘Also landing a job with a commercial airline after the military was a concern. Not wanting to report or speak about UAP encounters was a given,’ Beaty added. ‘Today it’s a bit more relaxed since the UAP Task Force is actively seeking UAP reports and frowning on any stigmatization within the units.’

In recent years, numerous UFOs sightings by the US Navy have been reported.

The grainy image was released by the Navy and showed what appears to be three small dots, representing unmanned aerial systems (UAS), hovering near the USS Paul Hamilton. It was one of the many occurrences Naval ships saw over the course of weeks, as many destroyers spotted these contraptions in July 2019.

Witnesses say that clips of the video had been circulated widely on the Navy’s intranet – used to communicate between ships in the carrier group – and an unknown sailor in the group likely first leaked it.
