Rarely could we imagine a herd of German shepherds becoming best friends with a pair of Siberian tigers, but that’s precisely what happened at an Oasis Wildlife Sanctuary . The place was founded by Yveta Irsova , who is an expert on felines and has dedicated her life to the care of these beautiful animals that are in danger of extinction .
Blacky, Hugo and Jenny are the three German shepherds who also live in the Sanctuary. Thanks to her great love for animals, Yveta decided to allow them to approach and interact with some local tigers and the result has been truly wonderful.
Suria , a beautiful tigress, met them when she was two years old. The specialists at the site were in charge of monitoring everything to ensure that no one was hurt, but over time they understood that these cute animals have created a great bond of friendship . Suria has grown up with them and just doesn’t seem to care that they are different species.
Sunny, another tiger at the sanctuary, who is only a few months old, has followed the same path and loves to spend hours playing with the happy local dogs. Lucia Zustakova and Martin Ziman are two volunteers who came to the Sanctuary to witness this unique friendship. They were both shocked to see how much fun the dogs and tigers were having playing .
Their biggest goal is to make sure they rescue as many tigers as possible and help them prevent them from becoming an extinct species. Some tender images show these animals playing tirelessly . Suria places his heavy paw on them and although this gesture could be fatal in the wild world, the strong connection they have means that they only play and enjoy the time they have together to the fullest.
