On May 28, staff at Khao Yai National Park, Thailand discovered and successfully rescued a baby elephant trapped in a drainage hole.

After escaping, the baby elephant immediately sought breast milk, while the mother elephant was still being given cardiopulmonary resuscitation by staff. Fortunately, the mother elephant finally woke up. The mother and child safely returned to the forest under the watch of гeѕсᴜe workers.
