The Springfield Hellion vs The IWI X95 Tavor

It’s been a while since we’ve done a ‘twofer’ here at Great American Outdoors and what better way to solve that issue, then showing you two of the coolest bullpup firearms out there on the market! I’m not going to ramble on about these two rifles, what I am going to do is give you information on both of them and let you decide which one you like best.

Here’s what the producer of the video had to say about these two firearms:

In this video I compare the Springfield Armory Hellion (US importation of the HS Produkt VHS-2) and the IWI X95 Tavor. I go over some of the differences in specs, pricing, shooting impressions, etc. A big thanks to Silencer Shop for sponsoring this video. I used my OSS HX-QD 5.56 Ti powered by Silencer Shop to suppress these two rifles. Hope y’all enjoy! After watching this video, which would you take of the two, and which bullpup would you choose overall?

The information below comes from the websites of both companies.

First let’s look at the HELLION:

The new Hellion™ from Springfield Armory represents a radically unique and innovative approach to firearms design, helping to redefine perceptions of semi-automatic 5.56mm performance. Featuring a “bullpup” configuration where the action is located behind the trigger, the Hellion features an overall length of just 28.25-inches while still possessing a 16” barrel. The Hellion sports ambidextrous controls that work in concert with a reversible case ejection system. The result is a 5.56 that combines portability with potent performance.
