Real Madrid are facing a right-back crisis ahead of their Champions League game on Wednesday against RB Salzburg.
Los Blancos are without Lucas Vazquez who is suspended after picking up three yellow cards.
Carlo Ancelotti has shown he is open to giving youth a chance with Raul Asencio getting minutes at centre-back. Thus, the Italian manager would’ve played Castilla’s rising star Lorenzo Aguado in such a a game.
However, Aguado wasn’t included in Madrid’s A list for the Champions League and is ineligible for the B list due to his age, per The Athletic.
Meanwhile, Dani Carvajal is out for the rest of the season with a serious knee injury.
Ancelotti may choose to play Asencio at right-back or Fede Valverde in that position.
