The rescuer took them to a closed and well-protected place without further delay. One of the young family members, Fido, was in serious condition, but gradually improved as the days passed. The volunteer took them home after keeping them in a warm place for a few hours and offering them attractive food (which they devoured in an instant!).
The dogs made remarkable progress in the following days, until they fully recovered. What the woman didn’t expect was to meet other dogs who were also without an owner.
