Wolves left-back Rayan Ait-Nouri has undergone a medical ahead of his transfer to Manchester City, according to Fabrizio Romano.

The 24-year-old Algerian successfully completed all necessary examinations. The next step will be signing a five-year contract with the Citizens.

Romano adds that Ait-Nouri is expected to put pen to paper on the deal tomorrow, June 8.
Earlier reports indicated that the clubs agreed on a transfer fee of around €40 million for the 24-year-old.

Wolves signed Ait-Nouri in the summer of 2021 from Angers for €11 million. This season, he scored 5 goals and provided 7 assists in 41 appearances.
