The prosecution is seeking a four-year prison sentence and €58,000 in compensation for Raúl Asencio, a Real Madrid youth player, in connection with the dissemination of a sex video featuring a minor.
Asencio is accused of requesting and sharing the video, despite knowing it was obtained without the victims’ consent.
The prosecution’s request includes a 20-month fine of €10 per day and €58,000 in compensation, broken down into €27,000 for temporary injuries, €21,000 for after-effects and post-traumatic stress, and €10,000 for moral damages.
Asencio’s defense maintains confidence in the justice system, stating they are “calm and will go to the end.”
The case is awaiting the Prosecutor’s Office’s conclusions before determining whether to proceed to trial.
