Everybody has read about and seen images of dogs traveling to the Rainbow Bridge. They always succeed in doing it in a distinctive manner that touches our emotions. Here, Sophiane and Hippo are depicted and their story is told.
The abandoned puppy couldn’t be saved, but Sophiane Nacer still wanted to offer him the best “end of days.” She made a promise to Hippo, an elderly stray with tumors all over his body, that he would only feel love when he passed away.
Hippo would have the nicest last day ever, according to Sophiane, the 19-year-old founder of Cayleb’s Kindred Senior Dog Rescue. Before Sophiane adopted Hippo, he had been in the shelter for five days. The anguish the dog was in made his skin feel thin. Sophiane wondered if Hippo was even conscious of his excruciating anguish.
She was convinced after observing his tail wag. Still, there was hope for the sick puppy. He struggled for love and happiness before he left this life. Sophiane ordered Hippo a cup of delicious whipped cream, the chain’s undiscovered Puppuccino, which drives canines nuts.
The following day, Hippo remained optimistic, so Sophiane took him to a dog park so he could have some fun. Everything seemed lovely to him! But after that, he wanted to speak with Sophiane.
Although the elderly dog was exhausted and buoyant, he also had some crucial information to share with his new best friend. He was all set to leave. Although he was overjoyed to be able to spend time with Sophiane, he had to depart since he was exhausted and in excruciating pain.
Sophiane went to the dog park and then invited a vet euthanasia expert to her house. He had a roasted chicken stuffed with sedatives for his final meal, provided by the veterinary expert. He sat as comfortably as he could for his final meal and dozed off next to Sophiane.
