Seeing some homeless homeless or perritoshomeless dogfights struggling to survive on the streets are scenes that can break anyone’s soul.
It was a particularly cold day a few days after Christmas Eve, already from a distance it was noticed that they were having a hard time to warm up.
Jenine-Lacette took a blanket, cat food and a roll of toilet paper, which was all she had in her car at the time.
It wasn’t long before he became a homeless man, but that wasn’t all. He had been diagnosed with cancer and only a few weeks left to live.
His biggest concern in life was certainly, his adored Baby, he wanted to find him a family and not be a more helpless dog in the streets.
That’s when Jenine-Lacette opened a donation account at GoFundMe. Thanks to that brilliant initiative, with the money raised, the first week Clifford was able to feed the dog and rent a room in the Crossland, where he would spend his last weeks of life.

During that time she had the opportunity to see that Baby was adopted by a family that was willing to love and protect her, just as he had so much dreamed.
He would live with other dogs that the family had, he would even count on the love of a little girl. Clifford’s Christmas wish was more than fulfilled.
A new friendship is being born between Baby and her new little human. Although that doesn’t mean that Baby doesn’t forget his favorite human next to the one who lived and suffered so many needs, but along with him never lacking love and dedication.
