This was the reality for one Texas mother, who received the shock of her life on New Year’s Eve when she was admitted to the hospital for monitoring. At the time, she did not anticipate giving birth so shortly.

A couple from the United States welcomed twin daughters who were born six minutes apart but have distinct birthdays. Kali Jo Scott, 37, of Denton, Texas, believed her twins would be born in 2023 because her due date was January 11, 2023. Despite this, she was hospitalized for her issue on December 29 following an examination.

Additionally, Texas Health Systems sent a congratulatory message to the couple and their newborns. They wrote, “Congratulations to the happy family and our new year’s babies!”
