A rescue puppy who had a tough start in life can now happily run around in his new orthopedic boots and is ready to start writing a kinder story of resilience.
The person who reported it reported an animal that had been left to its fate in a garbage dumpster in Toronto, Canada.
The creature had been sentenced to perish in the freezing weather of those days, and as if that weren’t enough, it had been left inside a plastic bag. 
It turned out the dog was one of those unlikely cases of nature, born without limbs; apparently, that was the reason for the vile neglect to which he was exposed. Whoever abandoned him couldn’t put their hand on their heart.
Since the puppy’s case became known, many social media users began following him, and Cupid soon became a favorite of many.
The rejection he suffered at just 7 weeks old led him to generate a wave of generosity that has now borne fruit.
It turns out that, after a few weeks of campaigning, a glimmer of hope lit up the puppy’s path and he’s now ready to walk.
There’s a whole team surrounding this little guy, monitoring his training and progress. They hope to see him back on his own soon. The good news is that, according to the shelter’s Facebook post, Cupido is doing better every day.
