Each of these members has the right to vote, stand for election and participate in major decisions regarding the future of the club, including the election of the President and the Board of Directors.

The President of Real Madrid, currently Florentino Pérez, is only elected to manage the team on behalf of the members. He does not own any shares or assets of Real Madrid. The President’s power is always within the limits set by the Board of Members.
🏟️ Assets such as the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, the Valdebebas training ground, and the Real Madrid brand rights belong to all members, not to individuals. Any profits generated by the club are not distributed as dividends, but are reinvested back into the squad, infrastructure, and brand development.
