Caught on camera: Vinicius badmouthing Arsenal players after Saka missed penalty
Vinicius Jr. is a different beast on the pitch. His behaviour is nigh on offensive at every given opportunity.
During Real Madrid’s shameful defeat to Arsenal at the Santiago Bernabeu, Vinicius was seen badmouthing Arsenal players after Bukayo Saka had missed an early penalty.
Vini’s main target was Arsenal forward Mikel Merino. Vini seemed to mutter words to the Spaniard while pointing to the Santiago Bernabeu turf.
Merino just looked at Vini as if he were crazy. We cannot tell if he also responded to the Brazilian.
To be fair, it wasn’t just Vinicius, most Real Madrid players close to the penalty box tried to bully the Arsenal players after that penalty miss.
At the end of the day, the Real Madrid players didn’t live up to the expectations as they lost 2-1 at home.
It’s sad that rather than focus on the game, Madrid players were riling up their opponents. It was useless when they couldn’t produce on the pitch.
