This is the epic moment a zebra dodged a hungry hyena by leaping right over in an incredible display of tenacity.

A photographer has captured the dramatic moment these zebras escaped the chase of hungry hyenas by hopping over them.

Photographer Jeffrey Wu, 55, from Toronto, Canada, captured the electrifying moment at Kenya’s Masai Mara National Reserve.

The intense chase lasted for 35 minutes, with the hyenas hot on the heels of their striped prey, covering a distance of approximately seven to eight kilometers.

Wu, on a photo tour of the reserve, recalled the thrilling scene: “We witnessed three hyenas stalking a herd of seven zebras.”
