Guizmo is a Boxer who has unfortunately suffered the ravages of loneliness after his owners passed away. And if there is one thing that characterizes dogs, it is their love and unconditional loyalty towards the people they love the most.
This was the drama experienced by a 12-year-old boxer dog who spent the best years of his life with people who loved him but, above all, treated him like a member of the family.
Fortunately, the children were taken in by a cousin of the family far from the town, but the Boxer was left helpless without receiving the appropriate help or a gesture of love that would help him out of the desolate state he was in.
This sweet little dog could be seen with a sad look begging for a gesture of love in the neighborhood or in his old house, it was as if he was waiting for the people who once loved him so much to return.
His condition was so dire that neighbors eventually took pity on him and contacted a local vet, and he was only taken to a shelter shortly after.
However, the man’s statements were not shared by the neighbors who claim that he never looked after Guizmo.
Without the strength to bark, with a blank look and almost like a walking skeleton, the dog was rescued by the Animal Protection League of Northern France, who are giving him all the help he needs. Since his case went viral, Internet users were quick to react.
His recovery process will be slow, unfortunately, he has strong emotional and physical wounds that need time but above all a lot of love and patience to help him move forward. We hope he recovers completely soon and can find a new family that will give him all the love he needs.
