In Mladenovac, Serbia, the Dog гeѕсᴜe Center received a heartfelt call. A mother dog and her two puppies had been аЬапdoпed by the roadside, where they had been for several days.
The people who found them tried to feed them, but the highly protective mother wouldn’t allow anyone near her puppies.

When the rescuers arrived, they found her hiding in the grass next to the road with her puppies, trying to protect them while waiting for their owner to come back for them.
Sadly, that would never happen.
Fortunately, the dog realized that the rescuers were there to help, so she remained calm and eagerly accepted the food they offered.
After putting the mother dog and her two puppies in the car, the rescuers went back to the scene to make sure no puppies were left behind.
To their surprise, they found another puppy hiding in the grass, a few meters away from the mother. The puppies were only a few days old and hadn’t opened their eyes yet.
Thankfully, they were rescued in time. The four of them were taken to the shelter.
Moli, the mother, has proven to be an exceptional mother to her puppies. She is happy and grateful to be well cared for and to sleep on a warm bed instead of being stranded by the roadside.
The little family will be cared for at the center until they are ready for adoption.
