According to multiple sideline reports, tensions boiled over when a Lions player straight-up walked past Mahomes, refusing to shake hands or even make eye contact during the traditional post-game greeting.
That small act of disrespect lit the fuse.
Within seconds, Chiefs players began shouting across the field, demanding an apology, while Lions teammates quickly stepped in to defend their guy. What followed was a heated confrontation that escalated into a near all-out brawl — helmets thrown, coaches yelling, and security scrambling to separate players.
