We received an urgent call from our logistics team about a dog they had discovered, prompting us to rush to the scene, unsure of what we would find.
Upon arrival, we were met with a sad sight: a small golden retriever trapped in a cage, looking exhausted and overheated. The dog’s tongue hung listlessly from its muzzle, clearly in desperate need of relief.
The cage was tightly wrapped with duct tape, a clear sign of deliberate neglect. It appeared the dog had been confined in these harsh conditions for days, reminding us of a previous rescue case we encountered.
Despite the difficult task of removing the tape, we were able to free the dog, whose eyes, although tired, shone with a ray of hope, sensing our intention to help.
