Lion Shows Why He’s the King of the Jungle.
On a safari in Africa, tourists watched a pride of lions resting near a river. One cub wandered too close to the water, where a crocodile burst out and seized it.
Within seconds, the pride’s dominant male charged. He struck the crocodile with claws and jaws, soon joined by the lionesses. Outnumbered, the reptile was overwhelmed.
The cub escaped, shaken but unharmed. The crocodile, instead of making a kill, became the pride’s meal.
