She has been in a cast since she was born and no one wants to adopt her, but she stays with the best human mother.

Etta is an adorable little dog who managed to overcome all odds and even left behind the sentence of euthanasia.

Since she was born she has had to fight to survive, she was born the smallest of her litter and developed some health problems due to her low immunity.

This adorable little dog had to wear tiny casts on her tiny paws and some blackened parts of her tail.

Etta was screaming in pain and her breeders had no idea what was causing her necrosis , so they contacted Kathryn Hartwig, a veterinary technician.

Etta was on the verge of death, but Kathryn worked hard to help her survive.

When Kathryn received her, she was so depressed that she wasn’t even nursing. She was immediately rushed to the vet’s emergency room, where doctors determined she had very little chance of surviving the night. The doctor gave Kathryn the option of euthanizing her.

After much practice, Etta learned to walk properly with her bandages. She was then sent to a medical foster home for a couple of months until someone would adopt her.

Unfortunately, no one was interested in a spotted Great Dane with casts on his hind legs.

She returned to Kathryn’s house and no suitable family appeared for her either, and after a while Kathryn realized that a new family was no longer necessary.
