As the camera pans around, the cloud seems to have perfect 90-degree corners to give it the appearance of a square.

The video has sparked wild speculation after being posted to Facebook that it is evidence of the infamous High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Programme (HAARP).
The controversial programme – run by the USAF, US Navy and research companies – studies an energetic and active region of the upper atmosphere.
But conspiracy theorists believe it is actually designed to control the weather.
Venezuelan leader Huge Chaves even claimed in 2010 that HAARP triggered the Haiti earthquake.

After seeing the clip, one viewer commented: “Signs everywhere and yet they don’t look up or asking what is happening.”

“If it is real, and not a cleverly mirrored image, then it is a very strange man-made looking cloud,” another said.
