The doctored screenshot appeared to show Grealish flirting with Lehmann, but no such interaction actually took place, and she responded to the hoax with a laughing emoji.
When a fan asked about Luiz, Lehmann signalled their breakup with a red cross emoji.
The two had been in an on-and-off relationship since 2021, briefly separating before reuniting in 2023 and moving together to Juventus.
Speculation about their split grew when Luiz was absent from Lehmann’s recent Serie A title celebrations.
