Fede Valverde turned into Real Madrid’s hero by scoring a dramatic late winner in their 1-0 win over Athletic Bilbao in La Liga on Sunday (April 20).
With the game heading towards a draw, the Uruguayan produced something extremely special from his skillset to inspire his side.
Valverde received the ball at an awkward angle just inside the box, allowing him to smash an unstoppable volley at the goal.
Fortunately for him, the ball curved the perfect way to absolutely power its way to the top of the net, sending the Santiago Bernabeu faithful into rapture.
