Phil Foden’s mum puts £3m mansion up for sale after noise disputes with neighbours

Manchester City star Phil Foden’s mum is moving out of the family home after facing abuse from fans this week.
Phil bought the five-bedroom mansion in 2021 and lived there with his mum Claire and dad Phil Sr. Later, he moved out to live with his fiancée Rebecca Cooke and their three children.

Now, the house in the North West is up for sale, listed at over £3 million — £150,000 more than he originally paid.
The luxury property includes a swimming pool, gym, cinema room, golf simulator, and wine cellar.

However, Claire and Phil Sr reportedly had disputes with neighbours over noise from parties.
A source said: “Phil and his family made great memories in that house. Even after he moved out, it was nice having his parents close by. They had some problems with neighbours, and now that Phil has moved to the countryside, maybe his parents are doing the same.”
