One of the most anticipated derbies in English football took place at Old Trafford, as Manchester United hosted Manchester City.

The game was quite tense: both teams played cautiously, trying to avoid mistakes, but in the end, neither managed to score.

Jack Grealish, who came on as a substitute in the 74th minute, was unable to significantly influence the course of the match.

But after the final whistle, as the players were leaving the field, an unpleasant incident occurred that took all attention away from the outcome of the game.

The 20-year-old Red Devils fan allegedly called Grealish over and then punched him in the face.

Police quickly launched an investigation and have already arrested him, charging him with assault. And the man, named as Alfie Holt, will stand trial in July this year.

By the way, this is not the first attack on Jack.

A similar incident occurred back in 2019 when a fan ran onto the pitch and hit Grealish during an Aston Villa match.

At the time, Grealish not only continued the game but also scored the winning goal.
