He’s not serious, is he?
‘Thank you for saving me’: Dani Ceballos reveals what he thinks Ancelotti would’ve done for his costly mistake vs City
Dani Ceballos made a costly mistake when he fouled Phil Foden just inside the box, giving Manchester City a penalty in the 80th minute.

As soon as the ball hit the back of the net and City went 2-1 up, Carlo Ancelotti pulled the guilty midfielder off.
But luckily for Dani, just ten minutes later, Real Madrid were celebrating a dramatic 3-2, with Brahim Diaz sparking the comeback and Jude Bellingham putting the finishing touch.

After the match, Dani couldn’t help but thank his teammates for saving his… skin.
“Thanks for saving me from not playing for two months,” he posted on Instagram.
Of course, he was exaggerating a bit – given his importance in midfield lately, Carlo wasn’t going to bench him for one mistake.

Or..well..not for that long!
