“I’ll take care of you” – Terrified three-month-old puppies rescued from storm drain after losing mother in tragic hit-and-run

This is a heartwarming dog rescue story that will truly touch your heart. Two months ago, three abandoned puppies were rescued from the wild, where they were living alone and barely surviving. They were separated from their mother when a tragedy occurred.

His mother, Gaia, was pregnant when she was abandoned on the side of the road. Shortly after, a car hit her and broke her leg before she could give birth to the puppies. Gaia, dying and alone, was strong enough to survive the birth of her cubs.

She gave birth to three babies in a storm drain, the safest place in the area. Then she and two kind women who weren’t sure how to help the puppies raised them.

In a video about the experience, Eldad Hagar wrote: “I told him I was sorry people did this. “I promised her I would save her babies.”

Once he arrived with the cubs, Eldad had to fight to rescue them. They were very afraid and distrustful of humans, even though two women had been feeding them the entire time.

Desperate to attract the cubs, Eldad placed their dead mother near the storm drain. He managed to grab the white and tan puppy (later named Sydney).

The cubs were afraid of any human and every time Eldad touched them, they whimpered and called for their mother. As heartbreaking as these scenes are, what Mr. Hagar did was the best. He rescued them from growing up in a terrible place without a mother and they will soon be with loving families.

Seeing the puppies start to trust humans for the first time is very touching. Even their interactions with a dog toy make them nervous, but soon they will begin to relax and realize that they are on their way to a better, healthier life.

After hours of using clever strategies and skulking around desert storm drains, Eldad rescued all of the orphaned cubs. They have been taken from the desert and the place where their mother died and are being prepared to be placed in loving homes.

Sydney, Mathilda and Gabriella may be orphans, but now they can feel the love of a family in a forever home.
