Last December, a dog was seen standing motionless in the pouring rain in front of a shopping street in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia.
A store owner at the mall said the dog had been sitting outside for at least four days in a row.
Jim, an animal lover who regularly feeds lost dogs and cats he meets on the street, decided to feed the dog as well.
However, the dog was not very receptive. Still, Jim persevered and continued to watch over the dog, keeping a reasonable distance.
Eventually, the dog started eating the food Jim gave him, but the sad look on his face never went away.
Jim filmed the dog and shared it on TikTok. The video quickly went viral, with people saying, “I’ve never seen a dog look so sad.”

After seeing the video, Vani contacted Jim and told him that the female dog, named Bhairava, was definitely his dog.
According to Vaani, Bhairava was rescued from a stray dog about five years ago and they decided to keep him.
Apparently, Bhairava disappeared on May 10th last year.
