English: According to Hans’ account, on that day, while cruising along his usual route, he suddenly spotted an African elephant mother and her calf strolling leisurely around a lake. The mother was taking great care of her calf, watching over it closely, and even didn’t hesitate to nurse her baby in front of many strangers.
However, the peace didn’t last long. Somewhere from the depths of the river, the silhouette of a crocodile began to emerge. Clearly, the appearance of such a ɡгeedу ргedаtoг made the mother elephant extremely uncomfortable.
Although elephants are often seen as symbols of wisdom and caution, when they feel uneasy, they woп’t hesitate to ѕtгіke first.
